Bitcoin hardware company SatoshiLabs today announced the launch of Invity.io, a cryptocurrency exchange rate comparison tool. For more information, see the SatsohiLabs press release:
December 9, 2020, Prague, Czech Republic – According to last week’s polls showing that 47.2% of Americans who don’t own cryptocurrencies need to know more about them before investing, SatoshiLabs Group, inventor of Trezor, the first cryptocurrency hardware wallet, runs one new expansion of their participation: the startup Invity.io. Invity has developed a tool for comparing crypto exchange rates and has taken control of the successful Coinmap.org project, which aims to integrate cryptocurrencies by bringing in people with traditional investment knowledge but limited technical know-how.
Invity’s standalone website acts as a comparison tool that streamlines the buying and exchanging of crypto transactions. By compiling real-time rates from over 10 crypto exchanges in a single place, ordinary people looking to start or expand their crypto portfolios can easily choose from a variety of options. After selecting the most suitable offer, transactions are processed directly with the exchange provider. Invity’s comparison tool is also fully integrated into the new Trezor Suite, so security-conscious users can take advantage of in-wallet crypto transactions.
“We believe the most important way to get crypto into the mainstream is to offer a one-stop shop where anyone can learn about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and conduct joint transactions with ease.”
– Štěpán Uherík, CEO of Invity.io
Why a comparison tool?
The crypto economy is based on the ability of consumers to buy and manage their crypto holdings directly. However, performing these transactions is often complex. Even if fiat is converted to crypto or exchanged for one coin for another, each crypto exchange has its own specific processes and costs. As a result, buying and trading crypto is time consuming for comparison buyers and intimidating for users new to the crypto space. Invity aims to counteract this by displaying competing exchange rates, payment methods and currency options in a single interface. Combined with its in-depth training materials on key crypto topics, Invity will serve as a user-friendly entry level sport for people entering the world of crypto.
Invity offers its functions both on its web platform and in the Trezor Suite, which is currently under public beta testing. A number of additional features are currently under development and will be available soon wherever Invity is found.
Buy crypto: Users from most countries in the world can convert 36 fiat currencies directly into 10 crypto currencies. Invity’s four purchasing providers (Simplex, BTC Direct, CEX and Mercuryo) offer payment options, including major debit and credit cards, as well as local transfer options such as SEPA, SOFORT and more.
Exchange crypto: Users can convert existing cryptocurrencies into over 100 other coins. Fixed and variable rate offers from six providers are included and are updated regularly.
Coinmap.org: Users can browse a world map with nearly 20,000 entries that reflect the location of cryptocurrency ATMs and brick and mortar merchants that accept crypto. Anyone can add new entries for free.
Investing in Crypto: Based on an average dollar cost strategy, this feature allows users to set up fiat-to-bitcoin transactions that happen automatically and regularly. This is how users build a crypto savings account that is somewhat isolated from market volatilities.
Spend Crypto: Invity compiles a list of vendors that offer crypto-to-fiat features through coupons and other means.
Invity Academy: This course system provides users who are not familiar with cryptocurrencies with the information they need to use crypto safely. Invity was developed to complement the current selection of blog posts and presents topics for beginners, advanced and advanced users in a structured multimedia format.
